What better way to fight off jet lag on a 100 degree day than a Sonic slushie, a good book, and a refreshing swimming pool

Watched a guy ski jump at the practice stadium and site of the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck, Austria
June 10
We did the summer toboggan ride out by the Olympic Stadium in Garmisch, and everyone enjoyed it, even mom. Glad she had fun, since it was her last day in Germany. She flew home the next day to be with her dad who was in the hospital.

Took the cogwheel train and cable car with mom and Ben to the top of the Zugspitze, the highest peak in Germany - amazing!
June 7
I made it to the Edelweiss Lodge and Resort in Garmisch, Germany, and did my best to stay awake until about 9:00 that evening.
